I am a fun, caring and crazy personality! I am blessed to be a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University with a 4 year degree in Psychology (bi-literate in counseling). I currently work with Communities In Schools at Terrell Wells Middle School in San Antonio, Tx. In addition to my regular job, I serve as the Spanish Pastor at The Jesus Church of Castroville, sing tenor for the praise team, and am one of four youth staff. My husband and I served 4 years on the SCTX Youth Committee along with various other roles and responsibilities for our sectional youth and young adults.
My first and foremost passion is that of helping people! I care greatly for the students I am blessed to work with! It is my heartbeat to work with my students and watch them succeed! To accomplish this, I coordinate multiple initiatives and events throughout the year. I have a variety of goals to accomplish each school year such as helping students improve their grades, improve their social skills, emotional development, parental and teacher engagements and I also do what I can to help with the student's physical needs such as food and clothing!
